Head Coach

Coach JD Sullivan began coaching the College Station High School Boys Basketball team in the first year of the school’s existence (2012). Under his guidance, the Cougars have made the playoffs in 4 of the last 5 years.  He spent the 14 years prior to arriving in College Station as the head coach at Olney HS, where they won 10 District Championships, had 2 Regional Finals Appearances, and qualifi ed for the State Tournament in 2002. Coach Sullivan has, also, had coaching stops in Waxahachie, LaGrange, and Electra. He completed the 2017-2018 season with a 25-11 record and 542 career victories. His teams have made the playoffs in 18 of the past 20 seasons and the Cougars have averaged over 25 wins a year over the past 6 years. Coach Sullivan is a graduate of Sam Houston State University is now in his 25th year as a head coach and his 27th year of coaching, overall. His family includes his beloved wife, Kristy, and two sons, Jackson (15) and Jace (11).

Varsity Assistant Coach/Defense

Coach Jeff McMillin enters his third season with the Cougars and 15th season overall. A native of Wichita, Kansas, McMillin served as a head coach at the varsity level in Kansas from 2004 until 2016. Coach McMillin is extremely proud of his family including wife, Amanda, daughter Jaeden (14), and sons Landon (11), Tysen (8), and Easton (5).
