Varsity Golf Places 3rd in Huntsville

Varsity Girls placed 3rd in a 2 day tournament, November 10th and 11th.  Friday the girls traveled to Trinity and played at Westwood Shores Country Club then followed up Saturday play at Raven Nest Golf Club in Huntsville. 

1st Place-Klein Oak 339-351 (690), 2nd Place-Huntsville 349-361 (710) and 3rd Place-CSHS 358-373 (731).

Varsity competes at first tournament of season

The varsity girls traveled to April Sound Country Club in Conroe on 10/16/17 to open up their 2017-2018 season.  Coming off a 1st place finish at districts last year, the girls are eager to again be a contender in our tough regional division.

The girls finished strong with a 4th place finish.  They were led by seniors, Aimee Hodges & Jamie Hendershot.  All of the girls showed a strong improvement over scores from this tournament last year.

Next up for the Varsity girls is a 2 day tournament at Raven's Nest in Huntsville on November 10 & 11, 2017. 

Lady Cougars dominate District 18-5A golf tournament

WACO — The College Station girls golf team swept the top four places individual and easily claimed the District 18-5A tournament title earlier this week at Cottonwood Creek.

College Station’s Aimee Hodges won the individual title with a two-round total of 134 followed by teammates Scout Hartlage (second, 136); Isabel Montelongo (third, 136); Jamie Hendershot (fourth, 141); and Sabrina Lancaster (149).

College Station won with a team score of 544 followed by A&M Consolidated at 608 in second. Both teams advanced to regionals.
